Welcome to Getting My Help (“GMH”, “we”, “our”). These Coach Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the GMH coaching platform as a coach. By activating your account you agree to these terms.
You may only act as a GMH coach after completing all required certification modules and being approved by our admin team. You are responsible for keeping your professional credentials current and truthful.
You agree to conduct coaching sessions professionally, attend scheduled sessions on time, and provide a safe, respectful environment for clients.
You will treat all client information shared during sessions as confidential and only use it for the purpose of supporting that client. You will not disclose any client’s personal data outside the platform without explicit consent.
GMH retains a platform fee on each completed booking and pays the remainder to you via Stripe Connect. You are responsible for any taxes due on your earnings.
You agree to keep your password confidential, enable two-factor authentication when prompted, and notify GMH immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.
GMH may suspend or terminate your coach account for violations of these terms, low ratings, or substantiated client complaints. You may close your account at any time via support.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a material update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
